Agreement

By accessing crossmarc.com or using the Steward platform, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Crossmarc, LLC provides the Steward platform, a private family-office portal for consolidated wealth management, document storage, and access control. The platform is provided "as is" on a subscription basis.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information during registration and keep it updated.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or workspaces.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software.
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the platform's operation.

Intellectual property

The Steward platform, its design, code, and documentation are the property of Crossmarc, LLC. Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership of the information you store in Steward.

Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.

Data and privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by ourPrivacy Policy. We handle your data in accordance with that policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crossmarc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data remains accessible for 30 days for export. After that period it is permanently deleted.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active account holders at least 30 days before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
